Who are Woertman & Massop?
Willibrord Woertman and Marco Massop formed 'Woertman en Massop' (W&M Groep) in 2007. They both have a great deal of international know-how and experience in the fields of Operations, Finance and Purchasing. By merging these strengths they can offer you a wide range of services.Willibrord Woertman worked for years in operations management at various companies in the dairy and confectionery industry. His experience is primarily in the field of production management, packaging technology, logistics and purchasing. Since 2005 he has been an independent entrepreneur and as a consultant he handles projects relating to interim management, purchasing and packaging in the food industry.
Marco Massop specialises in finance and purchasing. He amassed his experience in controlling at both the ING Group and at Campina. He then moved into purchasing. Over the last few years he has worked as purchasing manager at Campina. In this position he was responsible for a company-wide purchasing department. He coordinated multi-disciplinary projects and headed various teams.
